Live Nation's sponsorship division just published a glossy 15-page pitch deck dressed up as a trend report, and the pitch is worth taking seriously — not because the stats are independently verified, but because of what the document reveals about where Live Nation's growth is actually coming from.
The report, The Return to Real, argues that live music is the antidote to a world of AI-generated content and screen fatigue, and that brands willing to pay for a piece of that authenticity can buy real loyalty in return. It's built around a Live Nation-commissioned "Global Living for Live Study" (42,000 respondents, 15 countries, 2025) and a companion "Global Loyalty Rewards Study" (3,450 respondents, 12 countries, 2026) — both proprietary, both unpublished outside this deck, both conducted by or for the party trying to sell you something. That doesn't make the numbers wrong. It does mean they should be read as marketing collateral, not research.
