The live entertainment industry's 2025–26 political money has swung toward Republicans. James Dolan's MSG orbit (several million dollars to back New York GOP governor candidate Bruce Blakeman) and Phil Anschutz (over $2 million personally and through the Anschutz Corporation) are the two largest givers; Live Nation's largest outlay was $500,000 to Trump's inauguration. Agency and artist money is smaller and mostly Democratic, with Casey Wasserman's support for Sen. Susan Collins the exception.

Live Nation Entertainment

Live Nation's biggest political check this cycle was corporate: $500,000 to Trump's 2025 inaugural committee, disclosed in April 2025. That put it among the larger corporate backers of the inauguration, while the DOJ antitrust suit filed in May 2024 was still pending.
