Re: Freedom of Information Law Request
Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law (Public Officers Law, Article 6), I am requesting copies of the following records:
Any and all Sound Device Permit applications, approvals, denials, or related correspondence issued by the 44th Precinct (or any other precinct with jurisdiction) for concerts held at Yankee Stadium, One East 161st Street, Bronx, NY 10451, on July 10, 11, and 12, 2026, featuring the artist Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter.
Any conditions, stipulations, or time restrictions (including any specified event end-time or curfew) attached to those permits.
Any incident reports, radio runs, or internal communications concerning the security breach and gate-crashing incident at Yankee Stadium on the night of July 12–13, 2026, including any records related to the lockdown of the venue.
Any records of citations, summonses, or notices of violation issued to Live Nation, Roc Nation, the New York Yankees, Yankee Stadium LLC, or any related entity in connection with the July 10–12, 2026 concerts.
If any portion of this request is denied, please cite the specific exemption(s) claimed and provide any reasonably segregable portions of the requested records. I am requesting these records in electronic format where available. If a fee is required, please contact me before proceeding if it will exceed $20.
