Re: Freedom of Information Law Request

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law (Public Officers Law, Article 6), I am requesting copies of the following records:

  1. Any noise variance applications, approvals, or denials issued by DEP for events at Yankee Stadium, One East 161st Street, Bronx, NY 10451, for the period June 1, 2026 through July 15, 2026.

  2. Any 311 noise complaints filed in connection with Yankee Stadium for the same period, including complaint numbers, timestamps, and resolution/disposition records.

  3. Any DEP inspection reports, sound-level measurements, or enforcement actions related to Yankee Stadium concerts during that period.

  4. Any correspondence between DEP and Yankee Stadium LLC, the New York Yankees, Live Nation, Roc Nation, or the Mayor's Office concerning noise conditions, permits, or curfews for concerts at Yankee Stadium in 2026.

If any portion of this request is denied, please cite the specific exemption(s) claimed and provide any reasonably segregable portions of the requested records. I am requesting these records in electronic format where available. If a fee is required, please contact me before proceeding if it will exceed $20.
